PAUL TAYLOR
PRINCIPAL SOLICITOR
Paul is Head of the Family Law Team. He has gained particular experience in dealing with high value financial disputes. Paul has extensive experience in the wide range of issues arising from relationship breakdown, and high conflict child contact disputes.
Paul is recognised in the field of family law to be proactive in resolving disputes as practically and as amicably as possible. Court proceedings should be avoided if possible however Paul regularly appears in various Sheriff Courts across Scotland, and he has also been regularly instructed in Court of Session actions.
Many of Paul’s clients return to him on a regular basis for advice and he also obtains a substantial amount of referral work.
Paul is a member of the Family Law Association.
Paul also provides free legal advice as part of our Edinburgh drop-in clinic at our sister office in Links Place (free parking) every Thursday between 16:30pm and 18:30pm and he is more than happy to answer any of your Family Law related queries.

AMY
Specialised Paralegal in Family Law
Amy has recently qualified as a Specialised Paralegal in Family Law. She is looking forward to expanding her career by working within our Family department.
Outside of work, Amy enjoys spending time with her family and friends and going out to socialise. Amy also likes to work out in the gym and she winds down by going on long walks with her dog.
